Welcome to wellpet.ai! Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or subscribing to our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all transactions concluded through our website, especially regarding device trials, subscriptions, and the use of digital services. They comply with consumer protection legislation in the Republic of Serbia.
1. Definitions
“wellpet.ai” refers to our company wellpet doo Kragujevac, Prvog Maja 4, 34000 Kragujevac.
“User” or “Customer” refers to any individual using our services.
“Device” refers to any hardware product shipped to the user as part of the trial or subscription.
“Trial” refers to a free trial period of 30 days.
“Subscription” refers to paid access to WellPet’s services after the trial period.
2. Free Trial & Activation
New users are eligible for a 30-day free trial, limited to one per user.
The trial begins on the date the user activates their account by completing registration and confirming receipt of the device.
A payment method is required to start the trial.
If the device is not returned or proof of return is not provided within 30 days, the selected subscription will be automatically activated and charged.
3. Trial Device Policy
The device is shipped for a symbolic fee of 1 RSD during the trial.
The user must return the device at their own expense before the trial ends if they choose not to continue.
If the device is not returned within 30 days, ownership of the device is transferred to the user, and the subscription is charged accordingly.
4. Subscription & Auto-Renewal
After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew monthly or annually, based on your selection made at checkout.
Users will receive an email notification at least 7 days before each renewal.
The device becomes the user's property after the first successful subscription payment or upon renewal.
Users may change their selected subscription plan at any time during the free trial period. The change will take effect immediately or upon the first billing, depending on the selected option.
After the trial, users may also change their subscription plan at any time. Plan changes will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
Users may cancel the subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Protection)
As per Serbian law, users have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the device, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, users must notify wellpet.ai in writing (email) and return the device in original condition.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned device.
Users bear the direct cost of returning the device.
If the device is damaged or incomplete, a partial refund or refusal may apply.
6. Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to the legal withdrawal period, wellpet.ai offers a 15-day money-back guarantee after the first paid subscription begins.
This guarantee is valid only if the device is returned in original condition.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available after 15 days from the first payment.
7. Payments
All payments are processed securely by our authorized payment provider.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate and valid payment information.
Subscription prices and payment intervals are displayed clearly at checkout.
8. Limitation of Liability
wellpet.ai shall not be held liable for:
Damage caused by improper use of the device or app;
Delays or losses due to third-party carriers;
Indirect or consequential damages, unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the user for the last billing cycle.
9. Digital Services
Our digital services must function in accordance with their advertised description.
In case of malfunction or non-conformity, users have the right to request correction or termination of service, as provided by applicable law.
10. Modifications to Terms
wellpet.ai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any significant changes.
Continued use of the service after the effective date of such changes will constitute acceptance.
Users who do not agree may cancel their subscription without penalty.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be submitted to the competent court in the place of residence of the user, in accordance with applicable Serbian law.
