You'll receive real-time alerts for significant emotional changes (such as separation anxiety onset), activity anomalies, potential health concerns detected through behavioral pattern shifts, and daily/weekly summary digests. You can customize notification preferences in the app to focus on what matters most to you and your dog.

Setup is simple: unbox and charge the collar (takes about 2 hours), download the WellPet.ai app, create your account, and pair the collar via Bluetooth. Adjust the collar to fit your dog comfortably, and you're ready to go. The system enters a 7-day baseline learning period where it learns your dog's normal patterns before providing personalized insights.

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) to protect all data in transit and at rest. Your data is stored on EU-based servers in full compliance with GDPR. We never sell your personal data or your pet's data to third parties. You can request a copy of your data or delete your account at any time.
