Delete your WellPet account

Send us a request and we'll delete your WellPet account and personal data.

What happens next

After we confirm the request from the email address of your account, the account is deactivated and permanently deleted after 30 days.
If you sign in to the WellPet app within those 30 days, your account is restored.
Your subscription stops renewing. After deletion, any remaining paid period is forfeited.
We keep your dog's activity data only in anonymous form, and keep orders as accounting law requires.

You can also delete your account directly in the app: Settings → Delete account.
